The 6th/7th Step prayer, becoming a better man - building a new character. Willingness to grow spiritually not from pain but for want of joy love and happiness.

Service to others. Becoming a giver.

9:30 Steps Eight and Nine Practicing loving relationships in all my affairs.

People I’ve harmed. Making Amends not apologizing. Clearing away the wreckage. Releasing shame and regret.

Exploring and experiencing the promises.
